YWAM Vilhelmina’s vision is to be a radical source of renewal to the movement of Christianity in the north of Sweden. We are here to bridge the gap between the church and the world, creating opportunities for local Christians to reach out in the world and for people to encounter God and grow in their relationship with Him.  

YWAM Vilhelmina is a pioneering ministry with a small team that lives in the town of Vilhelmina in southern Lapland.  The team is very close with the local community and works together with local churches, hosts weekly community meetings in a cafe, and leads outreaches in the north of Sweden and even northernmost parts of Europe. YWAM Vilhelmina hosts a week-long intercession outreach every summer and a yearly DTS that will begin in September 2018.  In May 2019 the team will be leading an initiative to distribute a Bible to every home in Vilhelmina county.
